Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in specialized nursing units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- BSN or equivalent nursing degree
- Active RN license (or eligible for endorsement)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Valid English proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL)
- Pass NCLEX-RN examination
- Visa eligibility documentation
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
