Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently throughout the night shift.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a 99.9% accuracy rate to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (evenings and overnights) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
