Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless handover of operations and resolve any immediate issues.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed at all times.
- Package and label shipments accurately for timely dispatch.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems (WMS).
