Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery and conveyors during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Document production data, logs, and incident reports accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for data entry.
- Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
