Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery during night operations to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks according to safety guidelines.
- Document daily production data, shift reports, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during handover to ensure seamless operations continuity.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions independently.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
