Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the night shift, ensuring production targets are met with precision.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of floor employees to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to ensure a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the day shift management team for seamless transitions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and review shift reports, including production metrics and quality control data.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve personnel conflicts swiftly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing a team during a night shift.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
