Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care during overnight hours with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Document clinical notes accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and stabilize patients
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning during night shifts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida with BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
