Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak nighttime operations
- Safely operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor guest activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Complete end-of-shift reporting and inventory tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if applicable)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must pass background check and drug screening
