Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential/commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and system recommendations
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory
- Adhere to EPA regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years HVAC installation/repair experience
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid California driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and confined spaces
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- NATE or equivalent certification preferred
