Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC systems for corporate clients
- Perform diagnostic testing and repairs on complex refrigeration units
- Lead junior technicians on large-scale commercial projects
- Conduct energy efficiency audits and system optimization
- Maintain detailed service records and client documentation
- Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour response window
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation/maintenance experience
- EPA 608 certification (required; company will assist if unlicensed)
- Valid North Carolina HVAC Journeyman license preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex mechanical systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
