Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain specialized industrial equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Provide on-site training and technical guidance to clients
- Complete detailed service reports and documentation using our proprietary system
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in after-hours emergency response rotations
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of field service experience with industrial machinery
- Valid driver's license with clean record (company vehicle provided)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (relocation assistance available)
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and hand tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
