- Train new staff on department protocols and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current Tennessee healthcare certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with patient care coordination software
