Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex relocation logistics for incoming and outgoing employees, including packing, shipping, and unpacking services.
- Manage the allocation and verification of state-of-the-art equipment provided to employees prior to their arrival.
- Liaise with third-party vendors, moving companies, and customs brokers to facilitate both domestic and international relocations.
- Prepare and audit relocation packages, ensuring strict compliance with company policy and budgetary constraints.
- Provide exceptional support to employees during the moving process, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries.
- Optimize relocation workflows to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate relocation logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex schedules simultaneously.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
