Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their moving needs, preferences, and timelines.
- Coordinate the logistics of the move, including scheduling packing services, transportation, and utility transfers.
- Manage and review all necessary paperwork, including inventory lists, insurance forms, and lease agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving any issues that arise during the moving process.
- Ensure all relocation plans adhere to local Portland, OR regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with packing crews and transportation vendors to ensure a seamless transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and gather feedback to improve our relocation services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or the moving industry (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and moving management software.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime during peak moving seasons.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
