Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including harvesting, picking, sorting, and packing produce according to strict quality standards.
- Operate agricultural machinery, tractors, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Load and unload trucks and containers while adhering to weight limits.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and cleanup duties as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship and possess the necessary documentation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid government-issued ID or passport.
- Previous agricultural experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
