Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and efficiency.
- Operate and maintain various agricultural machinery and equipment in strict accordance with safety guidelines.
- Monitor crop health and apply appropriate irrigation and fertilization techniques to maximize yield quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, food handling protocols, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and project deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Adapt to changing weather conditions and work flexible shifts as required by seasonal production cycles.
Qualifications
- Must possess valid eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship or be a current H2A holder.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a significant plus.
- Physical stamina required to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate standard farm equipment safely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
