Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain farm cleanliness and equipment sanitation protocols
- Assist with planting, weeding, and crop maintenance tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Document daily production and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous agricultural experience preferred
- Ability to work 40-50 hours weekly including weekends
- Valid government-issued photo ID
