Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices with precision and timeliness
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional communication
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives and staff
- Support office operations including inventory management, supply ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitate orientation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination for executives
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
