Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with precision and professionalism
- Coordinate complex calendar scheduling for 15+ executives
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages daily
- Oversee visitor check-in and security protocols
- Support administrative tasks including document preparation
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setup
- Assist with new employee onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist/front desk experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
