- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call handling and transfer protocols
- Coordinate visitor reception and maintain secure visitor log systems
- Execute advanced calendar management for executive team and conference room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Perform comprehensive data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and workspace setup
- Support office supply inventory and vendor coordination for seamless operations
- Implement HIPAA compliance protocols for confidential information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative support experience
