Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members across production lines
- Ensure daily KPIs are met through efficient workflow management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Conduct shift handovers and coordinate with day management
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment and procedures
- Address performance issues and document corrective actions
- Manage inventory controls and quality assurance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in manufacturing/supervisory role
- Proven night shift management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
