Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during the night shift to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting, recording, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Follow established procedures and protocols for handling materials and products.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
