Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift operators ensuring production targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols
- Train staff on CNC machinery and quality control procedures
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with engineering team
- Analyze production data to optimize efficiency
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics
- Conduct shift handovers with precision documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years in manufacturing supervision
- CNC machine operation certification
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/MES)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Valid Kansas driver's license
