Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
