Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake and vital sign measurements
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and examinationsPrepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipment
- Accurately document patient information in EHR systemsAdminister injections and medications per provider ordersCoordinate patient education materials and follow-up careMaintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
