Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ employees across global offices
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and maintain enterprise software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT processes and create training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Azure certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and endpoint security
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
