Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- System Architecture: Lead the design of microservices and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce best practices, and reduce technical debt.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and user stories.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the agile team.
- Database Optimization: Design efficient database schemas and optimize query performance for large-scale data sets.
- Deployment: Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or Python/Django).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
