Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Lead code reviews, architecture planning, and technical decision-making for the engineering team.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring zero downtime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis for system failures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Go.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3).
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
