Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on code reviews and best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate or work in the Boston, MA area.
