Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in stock counts and inventory management to maintain accurate records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Load/Unload Operations: Safely load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine inspections of products to ensure they meet company specifications.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent experience required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift Experience: Preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
