Job Overview
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist in our daily warehouse operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is managed correctly and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing stock with high accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely for shipment and prepare necessary documentation.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to OSHA standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Scissor Lift) after certification.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and logs.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
