Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Document workflow processes and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
