Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to ensure timely daily operations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive motions.
