Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate machinery/equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform quality control checks on products to meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Document daily production data and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
