Responsibilities
- Execute inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading freight trucks using proper equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status (Must be eligible to work in the US).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or seasonal labor is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
