- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-availability web applications.

- Database Management: Optimize database schemas and ensure data integrity across our systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product) to define and implement new features.
- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to elevate team standards.
- Performance Tuning: Identify bottlenecks and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Backend: Expert knowledge of Node.js or Python, with experience in RESTful API design.
- Database: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
