Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and automated testing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in software development with 2+ years in cloud environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices patterns
- Proven ability to lead projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and system design experience
