Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Assist with Windows/macOS deployment and network configuration tasks
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow and Jira ticketing systems
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability scans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Support cloud migration initiatives including AWS/Azure environments
- Conduct user training sessions for new software deployments
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required – passion for technology essential
- Valid work authorization requiring sponsorship (H1B/OPT/CPT)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
