Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Plano, including housing, visa processing, and household goods shipping
- Provide personalized relocation consultations to assess individual needs and develop customized transition plans
- Act as primary liaison between clients, employers, and relocation vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage relocation documentation and compliance with immigration regulations (e.g., H-1B transfers)
- Conduct market research on Plano's tech ecosystem, including salary benchmarks and employer partnerships
- Track relocation KPIs and generate weekly progress reports for stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a network of vetted local service providers (real estate, schools, cultural integration)
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination, HR mobility, or tech recruitment with relocation focus
- Proven experience with US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, O-1 visas) and relocation compliance
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex relocation concepts into clear guidance
- Deep knowledge of Plano's tech industry landscape, major employers (e.g., Toyota, JCPenney, Frito-Lay), and cost of living
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, SIRVA) and CRM systems
- Certification in Global Mobility (GRP/GMC) or equivalent relocation credential preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high client satisfaction standards
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
