Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and assembly lines to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and package them securely for shipment.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and increase productivity.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and warehouse racks using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and work schedules, including mandatory overtime.
Qualifications
- Legal Status: Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (we train).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Valid government-issued ID and social security card.
