Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily receiving, sorting, and distribution of inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Ensure all stock is accurately labeled and organized on the warehouse floor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle customer returns and stock adjustments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders strongly encouraged to apply).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety signs and communicating with team members.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Saint Paul facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
