Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update stock systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely processing of daily orders.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2B Visa.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
