Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas following safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using forklifts and hand trucks
- Perform inventory counts and data entry in warehouse management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level position
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid work authorization or willingness to pursue EB3 sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Blvd, Tampa, FL
