Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits.
- Oversee the receiving, processing, and shipping of goods with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve shipping discrepancies and logistics issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace compliant with OSHA and company standards.
- Assist in training new warehouse staff and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but on-the-job training is available.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C).
