Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and farm management instructions to ensure a secure work environment.
- Assist with general farm maintenance, including irrigation and equipment repair.
- Work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2A visa.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for 10+ hours a day.
- Valid government-issued identification documents.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during harvest season.
