Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting crops in the field.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and government regulations (OSHA) to maintain a secure work environment.
- Load and unload trucks and storage units with harvested goods using hand tools and pallet jacks.
- Assist with general farm maintenance, including cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to sign H2A labor certification documentation.
- Basic English proficiency is required for safety instructions and communication.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
