Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce according to strict quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts or pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess a valid work permit.
- Physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
