Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in various weather conditions.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and farm equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Assist in irrigation management and general farm maintenance duties.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2A visa holders preferred).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in outdoor environments.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or landscaping is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
