Responsibilities
- Execute assembly and production line tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate standard industrial equipment and hand tools following strict guidelines.
- Load, unload, and stage materials and finished goods for shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic English language skills for safety instructions and communication.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Eligibility to work in the United States or willingness to apply for EB3 Visa sponsorship.
