Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of the production facility.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and sorting of inventory items.
- Adhere strictly to all workplace safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools as directed by supervision.
Qualifications
- Willingness to undergo the EB3 labor certification process (Unskilled classification).
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods.
- No prior degree or specialized technical skills are required.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (for current employees) or possess a valid passport/visa to begin sponsorship.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
